Terry Thompson’s photography portfolio shows just a select few of his images. Terry shoots many different formats, and is perhaps best known for his panoramic 617 format images. The panoramic wide view format is perfect for landscapes throughout the West, and also for agricultural subjects and cityscapes. Images are organized by category; just click on the thumbnail images below.

Terry Thompson’s images include trees from oaks to eucalyptus to giant sequoias and redwoods; grapes and vineyards in several states, including California’s Napa Valley; other agricultural crops such as wheat, canola, hay, beans, peas, barley, and orchards; New Mexico subjects from chilis to churches and the Taos Ski Valley to the Rio Grande Gorge; San Francisco and West Coast subjects including beaches, sunsets, sunrises, bridges, missions, and national parks such as Yosemite; Texas mountains, lakes, wildflowers, longhorns, and the Alamo; sand dunes from Death Valley to White Sands; aspens and ranches in Colorado; red rock and fall color in Utah; and colorful abstracts from nature such as flowers, leaves, clouds, and water. In addition, Terry shoots images of people, buildings, and events including carnivals, the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and Taos Mountain Balloon Fest, and sporting activities. Images are in both horizontal and vertical formats.
